Victoria O'Toole

Victoria has been self-employed all her adult life. After graduating from college with her Bachelor’s degree, she managed income properties and rehabbed houses before obtaining her real estate license in Massachusetts where she worked with a developer. Looking for a new way to help people, she opened the doors of her first SERVPRO® franchise in 1990, offering fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation and air duct cleaning services to those whose homes had experienced disaster. By 1999, the business had grown to such an extent that she purchased a second franchise territory and a 10,000 square foot commercial building. In 2013, she and her husband discovered beautiful southwest Florida and purchased a second home in Cape Coral. Victoria managed that property on Vacation Rental By Owner for a couple years before making the decision to move. After more than 35 years involved in real estate in many capacities, pursuing the same path in Florida was a natural. While preparing her home up north for sale, she obtained her Florida real estate license and passed the post licensing course. In January of 2016, Victoria and her husband made SW Florida their permanent home.
